Enjoy meals at the Castaway bar and grill, or just order in food to your room or by the pool...Here is the menu. They serve breakfast every morning with a buffet option as well. Lots of dining nearby too, such as Buffalo Wild Wings, or fast-food options such as Popeye's if that's your thing. =)
Rooms are standard size and you can opt to have a room right near the pool for easy access to your things. But beware, rooms near the pool are often loud until the pool closes.
The Ramada Tropics also has a gym so you never have to miss a workout and gift shop with small arcade area. The water slide is great for older kids and the pirate-ship water area is great for smaller ones. The pool is zero-entry at one part, so that's always a plus when you have babies along. Rooms run about $110 a night and they are running a special where you get 15% off if you book 7 days or more in advance.
Note: They require an overnight stay to use the water park.
We thinks it's fun! Have you been? What do you think?
We've been there a few times and the kids love it. Side note: you can have a birthday party there, too. You have to book a room overnight but then you can add waterpark passes for the party guests. Very fun!
ReplyDeleteWe have been there for many children's parties, and the kids always have a blast! I like that there is seating all around the pool, so you can always watch the kiddos.
ReplyDeleteThanks Lora and Carole! Glad to hear you like it too!!
